How can I order fabrics from Alta Moda Fabrics?
Simply select the desired fabric, specify the quantity in 10 cm increments (e.g., 1.5 m = 150 cm), and add it to your shopping cart. We'll cut it right here in-house.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, we don't have a minimum order value. You can order exactly the quantity you need.

How precise is the cut?
We usually cut very carefully and generously. However, please note that this is a handmade process, and a margin of 5–10 cm cannot always be guaranteed.

Can I get fabric samples?
Yes, we will send you up to six fabric samples free of charge . Simply email us your requests to info@alta-moda-fabrics.com .

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days . We ship daily, including weekends , to ensure your order reaches you quickly.

Which shipping service providers do you use?
We ship within Germany with Deutsche Post and internationally with DHL .

We ship both nationally and internationally .

Can I return cut fabrics?
Since fabrics are individually cut, returns are unfortunately not possible. We apologize for your understanding.

Are the colors in the photos true to color?
We make every effort to represent the fabrics' colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to different lighting conditions and screen settings. Therefore, we recommend using our free sample service before ordering.

How do I care for the fabrics properly?
Care instructions can be found directly in the respective fabric categories. For your guidance:

• Silk, cashmere & wool: Please have them dry cleaned only
• Cotton, linen & viscose: Washable at 30 °C , low spin speed, gentle detergent
  For special qualities, we would be happy to advise you individually – just write to us.

Where do the materials come from?
We work with high-quality deadstock fabrics from Italian and French mills as well as overhangs from major designers.
