📦 Orders & Shipping
We cut our fabrics individually for you – in 10 cm increments . This allows you to order exactly the quantity your project requires, for example 1.2 m or 2.7 m.
✔ Minimum order quantity: 10 cm
✔ When entering the quantity in the shop: Please specify the quantity with a dot (e.g. 1.4 m instead of 1.4 m).
This ensures you always receive perfectly fitting cuts – without unnecessary waste.
We want you to receive your fabrics as quickly as possible. That's why we ship seven days a week exclusively with DHL .

All orders are carefully packaged and reliably shipped. You will receive the tracking information via email in the evening.
✂️ Fabric sample service
To allow you to check the quality and color of our fabrics in advance, we offer free sample shipping (max. 6 samples per person) – both within Germany and internationally.

👉 How to order samples:
Please send us an email with the item numbers or titles of the desired fabrics and your address to info@alta-moda-fabrics.com.
In addition, we offer our inspiration service : Share your ideas with us (e.g., color, material or occasion), and we will put together a selection of suitable samples for you.
🎨 Colors & Display
We make every effort to depict the fabrics on our website as realistically as possible. However, slight color variations may occur depending on the screen or lighting conditions.
Therefore, we expressly recommend our sample service so that you can personally assess the fabrics before placing your order.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Please note: Cut lengths of fabric are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the fabric.
However, we always cut your order generously – never too tightly.
