General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop "Alta Mode Fabrics", operated by Liska Kolberg, Am Lokdepot 9, 10965 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), by consumers and entrepreneurs.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.

4. Prices and Payment Terms All prices quoted include VAT (where applicable) plus shipping costs. The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Payment methods: Advance payment, PayPal, Klarna, credit card.

5. Delivery and Shipping Costs: Worldwide delivery is via DHL. Shipping costs within Germany are €5.00 for purchases under €50.00. Delivery is free for purchases over €50.00. For international deliveries, shipping costs are €7.00 per package for purchases under €100.00. For purchases over €100.00, delivery is free of charge.

6. Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods. The shop will bear the return shipping costs, except for flawless goods that are simply not to your liking. In this case, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs. Custom-cut goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they have defects.

7. Returns and Complaints: In the event of incorrect cutting or defective goods, the goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the seller will cover the return shipping costs. Custom-cut fabrics are non-returnable.

8. Retention of title The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

9. Customer account and guest order The customer can voluntarily create a customer account or order as a guest without registration.

10. Contract language The contract language is German.

11. Place of jurisdiction For contracts with entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

12. Final provisions: Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
